Tian Crystal accepts custom bracelet enquiries for wholesale, event, gift and branded projects.
Minimum Order
The minimum order quantity is 1 piece per custom order.
Design Revisions
Your custom project includes up to two design revisions before final approval. Additional changes may require a revised quote and timeline.
Production Lead Time
The standard production lead time is 15 business days after the design, materials, quantity and payment terms are confirmed. Shipping time is additional.
How to Request a Quote
Email tiantianquan0406@gmail.com with the bracelet style, stone or color preferences, bead size, wrist size, quantity, destination country and required delivery date. Reference images may be included for discussion.

Natural stones may vary in color, pattern and inclusions. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact customer service with your order details and clear photographs or video.
