1. Operator
This website and the Tian Crystal online store are operated by Hebei Shuoche Network Technology Co., Ltd.. Tian Crystal is the customer-facing brand used by the operator for natural crystal jewelry and related products.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the authorization of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement in your jurisdiction.
4. Products and Natural Variations
Tian Crystal primarily sells natural crystal bracelets and related jewelry. Natural stones may vary in color, pattern, inclusions, texture and transparency. Product photographs show the general design and materials, but each natural-stone item may have individual characteristics. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear.
5. Crystal Meanings
References to intention, symbolism, calm, confidence, grounding, love or similar themes are provided for personal style, gifting and cultural or lifestyle context. Tian Crystal jewelry is not medical treatment, and we do not promise to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure any medical or psychological condition.
6. Prices and Currency
Website prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is expressly shown. Product prices, availability and promotions may change before an order is placed. The price confirmed at checkout applies, subject to correction of obvious technical or pricing errors.
7. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders may be refused or cancelled because of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory problems, shipping restrictions, inaccurate information or legal requirements. If Tian Crystal cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
8. Payment
The website currently supports PayPal. Additional payment methods may be available if displayed at checkout. Payment services are provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Processing, Shipping and Customs
Orders are normally processed within 5–7 business days. Estimated 4PX Standard Shipping transit time is generally 10–15 calendar days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping availability and charges are determined at checkout. Unless checkout states otherwise, the customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges.
10. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours after order placement and cannot be guaranteed after processing, customization or shipment has begun. Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery. Customized products and certain hygiene-sensitive or Final Sale items may be excluded from non-quality returns.
11. Accurate Information
Customers must provide accurate billing, delivery and contact information. Tian Crystal is not responsible for delays or additional expenses caused by materially inaccurate customer-provided information, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
12. Intellectual Property
The Tian Crystal name, website design, original photographs, graphics, product descriptions and other original content are owned by or licensed to the operator and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.
13. Prohibited Use
You may not use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape content for unauthorized commercial use, interfere with website security or misrepresent identity or payment information.
14. Third-party Services
The website may rely on third-party hosting, payment, logistics, analytics and communication services. Tian Crystal is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services beyond the responsibility imposed by applicable law.
15. Disclaimer and Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tian Crystal does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or outcomes associated with symbolic crystal meanings. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support may be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction at the registered domicile of the operator. However, this clause does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections or remedies that apply under the laws of the consumer’s habitual residence and cannot lawfully be waived.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms when business practices, website functions or legal requirements change. Updated Terms apply from the date posted, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
