Are Tian Crystal bracelets made with natural stones?
Our bracelet collection uses the stone and material details listed on each product page. Natural color, texture, pattern, inclusions and transparency can vary from piece to piece.
What is the difference between 8mm and 10mm beads?
8mm beads create a lighter look. 10mm beads have a bolder visual presence. Bead diameter is separate from wrist circumference.
How do I choose a bracelet size?
Measure around your wrist just below the wrist bone without pulling the tape tight, then review our Size Guide before ordering.
Can I wear my bracelet every day?
For longer wear, remove it before showering, swimming, exercise or contact with perfume, lotion and household chemicals.
Do natural stones look exactly like the product photo?
No two natural stones are identical. Color, pattern, inclusions and transparency may vary naturally.
Do you make medical or guaranteed wellness claims?
No. Tian Crystal presents stones through personal style, gifting and emotional meaning. Our bracelets are not medical treatment and we do not guarantee outcomes.
Where do you ship?
We ship to selected destinations where an eligible delivery option is available at checkout. Remote areas or restricted destinations may have limited service.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are normally processed within 5–7 business days. Estimated 4PX Standard Shipping transit time is generally 10–15 calendar days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the destination, product weight and available shipping method.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, we will send a tracking number or link after dispatch. Tracking updates may take several days to appear.
Can I request a custom bracelet order?
Yes. The minimum order quantity is 1 piece per custom order. Two design revisions are included before final approval.
How long do custom orders take?
The standard production lead time is 15 business days after the design, materials, quantity and payment terms are confirmed. Shipping time is additional.
Can customized bracelets be returned?
Customized or personalized bracelets cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact customer service with your order details and clear photographs or video.

Please contact customer service before returning any item to obtain the return address. Do not send a return without authorization.
