SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Customized items, payment reviews, peak sales periods or unexpected stock issues may require additional processing time. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
Tian Crystal ships to destinations supported by the shipping options available at checkout.
Although we serve customers internationally, delivery may not be available to every country, territory, military address or remote area. An order can only be shipped when an eligible shipping method appears at checkout.
Shipping Method and Estimated Transit Time
Our primary international shipping channel is 4PX Standard Shipping.
Estimated transit time is generally 10–15 calendar days after dispatch. This estimate does not include the 5–7-business-day processing period.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Actual delivery may be affected by the destination, carrier capacity, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, remote-area service or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, product weight and the shipping rules currently configured for that destination.
Tian Crystal does not currently advertise a universal free-shipping threshold. Any free-shipping promotion, if offered, will be clearly displayed on the website or at checkout and will be subject to its stated conditions.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking number or tracking link to the email address provided with the order after dispatch. Tracking information may take several days to update after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Customs, Duties and Import Charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges or other fees imposed by the destination country or region. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by Tian Crystal.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, postal code and contact information. Please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order if an address needs to be corrected. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
After dispatch, we may be unable to modify the delivery address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed Shipments
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the parcel has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, please contact us at tiantianquan0406@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, request an investigation from the carrier.
Lost Packages
A package is not considered lost solely because tracking is delayed. If the carrier confirms that a shipment has been lost, Tian Crystal will review the order and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
For packages marked as delivered, customers should first check the delivery address, mailbox, safe locations, household members, neighbors and the local carrier before contacting us.
