RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Return Request Window

Eligible items may be returned if the return request is submitted within 7 calendar days after delivery. Before sending an item back, contact tiantianquan0406@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, an item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged; be returned in its original packaging; include all accessories, gifts and components supplied with the order; and be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Natural Stone Variations

Natural crystals may vary in color, pattern, inclusions, texture and transparency. These natural variations are not normally considered defects when the product materials and overall design match the product description.

Non-returnable Items

• Customized or personalized bracelets, except where there is a confirmed quality problem;
• Items clearly marked “Final Sale”;
• Items damaged through misuse, improper storage, accidents or failure to follow the Jewelry Care guidance.

Customized or personalized bracelets cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons. These exclusions do not apply where applicable law requires a remedy.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, has a confirmed quality problem or is different from the item ordered, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs or video showing the item and packaging.

After review, Tian Crystal will arrange an appropriate return and refund or another legally required remedy. Tian Crystal will cover reasonable, approved return-shipping costs when the return results from a confirmed quality problem, transit damage or an incorrect item sent by us.

Return Shipping

For approved quality-problem, transit-damage or incorrect-item returns, Tian Crystal will bear the reasonable approved return-shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns, incorrect size selection or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping and related charges. Do not send a collect-on-delivery parcel without written approval.

Return Address

Please contact customer service at tiantianquan0406@gmail.com before returning any item to obtain the authorized return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for using a trackable return method and retaining proof of shipment.

Refunds

After an eligible returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 calendar days after receipt of the returned item. The payment provider or bank may require additional time to display the refund.

Original Shipping Charges and Duties

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not refundable for customer-related returns. Where a return results from our confirmed error or a product-quality problem, the applicable original shipping charge will be handled in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.

Exchanges

Tian Crystal does not currently provide direct exchanges. If an eligible return is approved, the customer may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product or size.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours after the order is placed. A cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production, customization, packing or shipment has begun.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable to the customer.
